We do our best to keep our menu, prices, and availability accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to change or withdraw items, services, or pricing at any time without prior notice. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Payment & Transactions

All transactions must be completed at the time of order unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout. If a transaction is declined or fails, we reserve the right to cancel or delay your order.

3. Allergies & Dietary Information

While our bakery is 100% gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free, we encourage customers with severe allergies to reach out before ordering. We are not liable for any adverse reactions related to undisclosed sensitivities.

4. Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use it to post or transmit anything that’s abusive, hateful, defamatory, unlawful, spammy, or harmful in any way.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

We get it—plans change! Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Refunds may be issued at our discretion and are typically not available for same-day or custom orders.

We work hard to keep everything accurate and running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee our site will be error-free or uninterrupted. We’re not responsible for any damages that may result from using our website or products beyond the cost of the item purchased.

Order Pickup Policy

We’re so excited for you to enjoy your treats! Here’s what to know when picking up your order:

Pickup Timing

Please arrive during the scheduled pickup window. If you're running late, let us know as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee product freshness or availability outside of that time.

Responsibility After Pickup

Once your order is picked up and leaves our hands, it becomes your responsibility. That includes safe transport and proper storage. We are not liable for any damage, spills, melting, or mishandling that may occur after pickup.

Missed Pickups

Orders not picked up on the scheduled day may be forfeited without refund. We’re a small batch bakery and make everything fresh, so we can’t always hold items overnight.

Packaging & Transport

All items are packaged with care, but please drive safely and keep baked goods flat and cool—especially in warm weather. Cakes, cupcakes, and other delicate items need gentle handling.
