At Real Good Foods, our story is powered by passion, professionalism, and a purpose: to make truly exceptional allergen-friendly baked goods accessible to all.
Leading the kitchen is our head chef Will, who brings over 20 years of culinary experience to the table. He’s a Ferris State University Culinary Arts graduate, SOP Certified, and trained under Executive Chef Michael Farrell, a prestigious graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (C.I.A.).
Will’s impressive career includes opening two restaurants and serving as chef at several notable establishments throughout the Greater Lansing and West Michigan areas. He’s especially known for developing and preparing customized menus for individuals with dietary restrictions — a passion that directly fuels what we do here.
His deep understanding of kosher preparation standards, food safety, and ingredient sourcing ensures that every bite we serve is crafted with care, integrity, and intention.

We operate out of a Critical Control Point (CCP), where cleanliness, precision, and food safety are top priorities. For us, it’s not just about using high-quality ingredients — it’s about ensuring those ingredients are handled with the highest standards of safety and integrity.
