While ownership has changed, our passion for inclusive, allergen-friendly baking remains at the heart of everything we do. We’re proud to carry on the legacy of being West Michigan’s first gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free bakery.

That said, we’re not just continuing—we’re evolving. Under new ownership, you’ll notice some fresh faces, bold new flavors, and an expanded menu that reflects our own creativity and direction. Some of your past favorites may not return exactly as they were—but we promise, what’s coming out of our kitchen is just as thoughtful, delicious, and safe for your dietary needs.
